Starting over isn't easy.
A new city, new job or a new routine - it can feel like climbing a mountain for the first time.
After being overseas for the last year, we just moved back into our Brisbane home, and I fell into the trap of trying to do and over-optimise everything at once.
👉🏽 Meditate daily 👉🏽 Set up my studio. 👉🏽 Unpack every box. 👉🏽 Workout 3 times a week. 👉🏽 Drink 3L of water per day 👉🏽 Walk 10,000 steps each day.

Realistic?
Heck no.
Overwhelming?
You bloody bet.
Then I remembered a concept that James Clear (Author - Atomic Habits) shared:
Set the bar so low it's impossible to fail.
Want to hit the gym?
Forget the perfect routine.
Just walk inside, look around, and leave.
That's it.
Once you're there, your brain will say:
"Well, might as well do something."
And boom — you're in motion.
I tested this with my home gym.
5 minutes. No pressure.
Within minutes, I picked up weights.
Did a few curls.
Then a few more.
Same with meditation—just 10 minutes.
No more, no less.
It worked.
Momentum beats motivation.
If you're in a season of change, don't go "all in".
Go tiny.
Start small.
Because once you start, you'll want to keep going.
