Content creation is just one of the many key skills, strategies and systems you need to conquer in order to launch and scale a digital business.

I realised this after months of sharing knowledge through newsletters, posting educational content across socials, running cohorts of The Storyteller Sprints, and supporting dozens of clients with coaching and consultation calls.

It was one of those "How did I not see this earlier" moments.

The Journey So Far

In February, I made a commitment to publish one value-packed, actionable guide each week for my community. Initially, I had no clue what to write about.

So I got creative. Instead of trying to force original ideas, I started sourcing ideas from my DMs and comments section to see what questions I was already receiving and answering.

Then I bundled up 5-10 of the most common themes and brainstormed ideas for the first few newsletters. They were mostly related to my area of expertise — content creation.

I kicked off my first newsletter and since then, have delivered actionable guides drawing on over 10 years of experience as a videographer, marketer and creator, covering topics like:

What I Learned Along the Way

Once I got started, I noticed that I was becoming better at seeking inspiration and improving how receptive I was to ideas everywhere around me:

Perhaps one of my favourite benefits of writing these guides each week is that it actually forced me to sit down and think.

"I don't think to write. I write to think" — Anon

For the first time in decades, I was actually mentally organising and physically translating everything I'd learned about content creation into simplified verbal and visual formats that I could easily share with anyone who asked for beginner help and support.

And I really enjoyed the process. So did the community.

The Realisation

After months of sharing knowledge, posting educational content, and supporting dozens of clients, I came to a stark realisation.

It was more than just content creation.

It always was.

The One-Person Business

The majority of legends who reached out to me fell into one of two camps:

  1. Side hustlers who wanted to leave their full-time jobs
  2. Solopreneurs who wanted to know how to scale their digital business

And while content creation does help scale your digital influence, impact and income, creating content doesn't mean much if:

Taking This Live

I realised there's a massive appetite for live, community-driven events that connect like-minded solopreneurs and creators. It's a lonely journey, and people want to connect with others on the same path.

That's why I'm transitioning to a live masterclass series so you can:
